BOOKING
*Maximum booking of 15 waterbikes
CANCELLATION
*Strictly Non Refundable (0% refund)
*No changing of dates upon confirmation of tickets.
*Under no circumstances is cancellation allowed. However, booked session is transferable with no additional charges should you not be able to turn up on the actual day.
EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS
*Waterbike is a rain or shine event, should you encounter extreme weather conditions during your session, we will then rearrange another session for your next visit
NOTE
*Please arrive at least 15mins prior to booking for safety briefing.
*For late comers, the play time will end as per booked session. No additional time will be allocated.
*A surcharge of $50 per waterbike for late returns after 5 minutes.
*Kids must be at least 140cm for waterbike rental
*Waterbikes can only carry maximum weight of 100kg
CUSTOMER LIABILITY
*Customers are liable for waterbike damage charges if determined to have performed any form of foul play
*Waterbike can only be used in Pasir Ris sea area and crossing to any other islands are prohibited
